West Coast Services Inc. is in need of appraisers across the nation. We are currently expanding our services nationwide and are updating our appraiser list nationwide to service our lenders. We are excepting appraisers that are fully licensed or certified with 3 years experience as an appraiser.

When performing appraisal services for West Coast Services,                                           the following must be agreed upon:

• Confirmation of your appraisal order within 24 hours online, or assignment will be removed.
• Conformation of appraisal appointment.
• 2 - 3 day turn around from inspection.
• USPAP compliant reports.
• Professionalism throughout appraisal process.
• A neat appearance.
• Post all appraisal addendum within 24 hrs.

• Payments twice a month to reduce your collections issues.
