No there is not.  We have clients of all sizes. Some of them send us one placement a year, others send us hundreds per month. Once you have registered with us online, you are free to submit as many files as you would like, as often as you would like through our website or fax.

The funds received by West Coast Services Inc. are deposited in a trust account where we remit the net funds back to our clients no later than the 15th of the following month, along with a statement of accounts and transaction report. Funds payable to our clients are protected by a Surety Bond to guarantee payment.

How Much Does The Service Cost?

Our appraisal recovery program is strictly contingency based. We charge a flat 20-30% collection fee of the outstanding funds collected. There are no monthly expenses, sign-up charges or carrying fees. We simply keep 20-30% of what we collect of the outstanding fees and send you the rest. If we don't collect, we don't get paid. It's that simple!
