Can I pay for my appraisal with a CREDIT CARD?

West Coast Services isNOW accepting credit card payments for appraisal services!

We frequently receive appraisal orders from homeowners and clients where payment is required in advance of delivering the completed appraisal report.

When that happens, it CAN be inconvenient to write a check for several hundred dollars!  Wouldn't it be great if you could put it on your Visa or Mastercard?

Now you CAN . . at West Coast Services!

When you place an order on my web site you can immediately enter your credit card information into the Payment Information section of your appraisal order form. 

When you send your appraisal request, the credit card information is automatically saved and attached with your order.   Your card will NOT be charged until I process the order.

Don't worry about making a mistake when you enter your credit card information.   If you do mistype some information, you'll be prompted to enter a valid credit card number before the order can be processed. 

Once I've been notified via e-mail, fax, or on my mobile device that an order has been placed, I'll log into my site and click on the "Orders" icon. 

Here I'll see a list of my open orders.  I'll select your order file and scroll down to the section called Credit Card Information. 

I'll see Awaiting Charge as the status for the order.  Then I'll select the Order menu (top left of page) and select Charge Card.

Because credit card processing is directly integrated with my web site, it's never necessary for me to retype your information when I'm ready to charge the card.  All your contact information is pulled directly from your order or from your account within the XSites Network. 

I'll simply fill in the appropriate fee that we've agreed to charge for the order and hit the Charge Credit Card button. 

At that point I'll send you an invoice for the transaction via e-mail for your records.

How secure is my information?

With our web site you get unsurpassed transaction security since every credit card payment is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).  All communications between the computer and the server are scrambled, so if any payment data gets illegally intercepted, it's completely unreadable. 

But I don't WANT to enter my credit card information online!

I understand!  Some of our clients would prefer NOT to enter credit card information on a web site even IF the data is being entered is secure and encrypted. 

Just let me know when I contact you to schedule the appointment and I will take the information over the phone or you can provide it to me when I come to your property. Our technology allows us to process your credit card payment in a variety of different ways.
